A. Orders & Payment

1. How do I place an order?
Just choose your product, select any options (if available), click Add to cart, and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus secure methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal (availability may vary by region).

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email support@boldesa.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes because your order may already be in preparation or shipped.

4. Can I use more than one discount code on an order?
No. Unless clearly stated otherwise, only one promo code can be used per order.


B. Shipping & Delivery

5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide. Availability may vary by product or region.

6. How much does shipping cost?
For a limited time, we offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders. This promotion may end or change at any time—please check the banner or cart at checkout for the latest info.

7. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are:

  • Processed: within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

  • Delivered: typically within 10–20 business days.

Delays can happen during peak seasons, customs checks, strikes, or severe weather. Business days don’t include weekends or public holidays.

8. Where do orders ship from?
We work with both domestic and international partner warehouses. Your order will ship via the route we believe is fastest and most reliable for your destination.

9. Do you offer express shipping?
Right now, we focus on standard shipping so we can keep costs low and offer free shipping. Express options may be added in the future.


C. Tracking & Order Status

10. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link or tracking number. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey.

11. My tracking number isn’t showing any updates. What should I do?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours after dispatch to start showing scans. If you still don’t see any movement after that—or your parcel hasn’t moved for an extended time—contact us at support@boldesa.com with your order number.

12. My order shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
First, check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or parcel room. Also, verify the shipping address on your order confirmation and contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered under our Shipping Policy, and porch theft isn’t covered, but email us if you’re stuck and we’ll do our best to advise.


D. Returns & Refunds

13. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/accessories and packaging. Some categories (like certain personal items or final-sale products) are non-returnable.

14. How do I start a return?
Email support@boldesa.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos and a short video showing the issue (and packaging if damaged)

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

15. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective or incorrect: Boldesa covers reasonable return shipping or provides a prepaid label.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size bought, etc.): you are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

16. Can I exchange an item?
We don’t process direct exchanges. For the fastest service, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

17. How long does it take to receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

18. Are there items that can’t be returned?
Yes. Certain items—such as perishables, custom/personalized products, intimate or hygiene items once opened, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, and final-sale/clearance items—are non-returnable.

E. Address Issues, Undeliverable & Lost Parcels

19. What happens if I entered the wrong address or the parcel is undeliverable?
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or non-collection, we can either:

  • Reship once a new shipping fee is paid, or

  • Issue a refund minus our actual outbound shipping cost (including on “free shipping” orders) and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier.

20. What if my order is seriously delayed or lost in transit?
Extended delays can occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or force-majeure events.
We treat a shipment as lost when there’s no tracking movement for:

  • 15 business days (domestic) or

  • 30 business days (international)

beyond the typical delivery window. If you think your parcel is lost, contact support@boldesa.com and we’ll review with the carrier and offer a one-time replacement or refund, subject to product availability.


F. Duties, Taxes & International Orders

21. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by customs or the local carrier. These charges are not included in our product prices unless stated and are your responsibility.

22. Can you mark my order as a “gift” or lower the value to avoid customs fees?
No. We’re required to declare the correct value and contents on customs forms and can’t alter this to reduce duties or taxes.
